I can assure you that the 200 Jewish soldiers in the German army completely lack authenticity. It is simply a desperate attempt of getting over what has been destroyed by fostering the illusion that it can be rebuildt by both these soldiers and the new German authorities: Look, there are again Jewish soldiers in the German army (200), so maybe the Holocaust didn`t destroy "normal Jewish life in Germany" forever. Look, there are again 200,000 Jews in Germany (90% of them Russian), so maybe the German-Jewish symbiosis is not dead. That`s why this article comes from DPA (Deutsche Presseagentur). It`s wishful thinking combined with the incapability to comprehend that Geramn Jewry has been physically destroyed. There is no substitute, and no possibility of replacement!
