Israeli Arab Schools have less funding because Arab towns don`t pay taxes and attack anyone who tries to build them an infrastructure.
Arabian Moslems traditionally don`t publish or read much because they see education as a corrupting influence. During many periods in their history you find that the only original written works came from concubines and eunuchs.
Statistically speaking Jewish people do score higher than just about everybody in most areas, if only because being Jewish is in an of itself mentally taxing. Life is much easier when you can ignore the many volumes of complex rules and rituals or just let some priest/Imam do your thinking for you. |
