| It`s called editorial accuracy. It`s a way of properly identifying a person in context. How many Central and South American people are called "Chavez" and "Fidel"? Lots. Otherwise it would look like: "I have already met Chavez and Fidel." Yeah. Who? Like saying "I`ve already met Abdul and Mohammed". Abdul who?? Mohammed who?? DUH. |
