| I`m not sure all ISRAELIS pay all their taxes. I do know that the income of Olim who work abroad are is taxable pursuant to Mas Hachnasa. I also know that even if some Olim were Chas Vi`Shalom evading income tax, they pay a plenty of the consumer tax called VAT (Ma`am). As an Oleh from the USA 13 years ago before NBN (a "real Oleh" even according to # 4 Scraller) , I see that in Beit Shemesh how Anglo consumers have increased prosperity for businesses.
