| Otto Rand, who claims to be an historian, obviously knows the people who he wants released. Adding to the number of Israeli victims of Arab terrorism (recitivism) will not bother him; he lives along the shores of quiet and serene Lago Chapala. The only thing that might bother Otto Rand is the release of violent Mexican "narcotraficantes" , but even they tend to stay away from North American retirement communities such as Ajijic. |
