Making aliya is such a critical component of Israel. These groups i.e. the Jewish Agency, Nefesh B`Nefesh and Birthright should be working together to maximize and facilitate Jewish immigration to Eretz Israel instead of wasting time, money and energy competing and fighting with each other. I put the blame on this squarely at the feet of the Absorption Ministry. This ministry should be coordinating aliya from the top, directing the above mentioned agencies to contribute to their goals in a fulfilling and positive way.
More than anything else, aliya is what strengthens Israel and puts fear into her enemies. It must be handled effectively. |
