I feel bad for the hero Gilad Shalit and would love to see him liberated but any deal releasing terrorist murderers would 1) encourage Hamas to kidnap more soldiers and probably even civilians and 2) releasing those with blood on their hands would be releasing the most extreme of the extremists and who but them would be most likely to strike and kill again?
This government needs to think long and hard before it makes any rash decisions on this issue. |
