Your speech is very nice, yet your vision of this region`s peace loving people,unfortunately,I fail to see your vision becomming a reality.
It appears that the Vision of peace has become the name of a new god of a new religion. why? if our economy is strong our security is good (now) why must I as a jew care if I`m accepted by people who want to kill me? Why is all of our Government`s time being wasted on a Mirage. Accepting Arafat`s phase plan isn`t any sane man`s concept of peace.what about creating new jobs and higher levels of education for all citizens of Israel? Why do I feel that my 2 year old son , when he gets older, will be asking the same questions, I`m asking today. Why do I need to beg someone to like me? why, if our economy is strong and our security is good should I care if the arabs like me,love me or hate me? How can our government spend all its time, planning to make peace with nations that don`t share the western concept of Peace? |
