There was, of course, Holbrooke saying we needed to bomb Serbia to make peace. And a Time cover about bombing Serbia into submission. Boris, who can say Holbrooke the haughty wouldn`t conclude "reluctantly," as secstate we needed to use force against Israel to end the Arab-Israel War?
