| Where was the Quartet when the PA declared at the end of Annapois that it is not willing to meet its Roadmap Obligations of : negotiating temporary borders, recognizing Israel as a Jewish State, declaring an end to hostitilites, ending Media Incitement to violence against Israel etc etc. If the PA signs an agreement, and then declares publicly that it has not intention to keep the obligations that it signs, there is no purpose for a quartet or negotiations at this point in time. |
