The Court has clearly stated that ILA land is open to all Israelis, not just Jews. That you won`t differentiate between it and the JNF is your problem. "conversion", again you show your ignorance. Ethiopian Jews, Bet Yisrael, are Jews and are accepted as such w/o conversion. Falash Mura are those who converted to Christianity, and they must go through Orthodox conversion. Study, puppy, study.
