Once again the risk of incest is so unlikely that is it a poor excuse for blatant homophobic discrimination. The child can easily be told whose genetic material they contain so as to avoid the problem. Maybe they don`t care who the father is. Maybe they do but his relationship to the child does not need to be legal. Who is the state to impose impediment to any individual`s or couple`s well being based on religious values that are not part of secular law? Who are the religious to demand of the secular to follow their laws? How dare anyone try to keep another person from happiness out of spite!
