| #23 - Abrahams didn`t mean that the Jewish ethos was to be sneaky, as I`m sure you very well know. He simply didn`t explain himself well. He meant that Jews are not supposed to brag about giving money. This isn`t to say he`s being completely honest, but any dishonesty on his part is not because he`s Jewish. It`s hardly a secret that politics and honesty are strange bedfellows. Please don`t tell me that in countries where there are only Christian politicians and Christian businessmen, that morality, openness and honesty prevail. |
