Mubarak when Egypt actualy takes some physical action itself other than just shouting about what Israel isnt doing then maybe your voice will mean somethng. Like every other arab state he condemes Israel for closing its border to palestians but he refuses to open Raffah. He could stop the weapons smuggling into Gaza right now he makes gestures every now and again a smuggler is caught and Egypt anounces what a great job its doing but if the effort was there allmost all of it could be stopped but instead he turns a blind eye allows weaapons to be smuggled into Gaza used against Israel then cause the palestians suffering which he then condems. Egypt goes to summits talks alot about what concesions Israel needs to make to the palestians but doesnt talk about what concesions the palestians need to make to Israel in return.
