| Poles should be proud of this aspect of their history and should do more to research and reveal the historical facts. I know most Jews feel that Poles were largely anti- Semitic and this was accurate but a number of Polish people did help us during the Nazi occupation. All the acts of individual heroism cannot be told because many of the real heroes perished in the camps and their incredible stories will never be known. This is not an issue that is black and white and we have no right to condemn all Poles. |
