With high unemployment and even higher poverty rates, hotels should be hiring resident Israelis first rather than illegal immigrants or seeking legal immigrants. The hotels need workers and Israelis need jobs. This is a job for the government to enforce, but ideally the social conscience of the hoteliers should also come into play.
