Fatah members Armed with U.S. provided M-16`s which were to be used aganist Hamas plotted to kill Olmert on his way to meet Abbas in Jericho to discus the peace process at the Annapaolis Conference. The Palestinian Authority was alerted by Shabak (Shin Bet),who the PA arrested the Palestinian plotters, interrogated them and then relased them with new M-16`s after a night in jail. A onesided Isreali peace process is pure idoitcy. When the Palestinians deal in pure bad faith, fail to even acknowledge UN General Assembly Resolution 181 calling for Mandatory Palestine partition into "Independent Arab and Jewish states" that what is there to talk about.
