| No binding international accord gives PA ambulances the right to cross Israel`s national borders, or to transit from Gaza to W. Bank. Certainly not without inspection to prevent terrorist attacks, since there have been many, many instances of PA ambulances transporting weapons and terrorists. PA residents are not entitled to use Israeli hospitals, and certainly not for free, so there is no reason to drive PA ambulances into Israel. Anything relating to Gaza is non-discussable until Kassams stop for good and Shalit is returned. Wartime rules apply, not "occupation" rules. |
