| My neighbor cares for 15 plus cats and 10 plus dogs in her half dunam. The cats tear up plants, defecate in the neighbors` gardens, bring flies and stink. We`ve complained for years to the city, the health department, and the neighbor, and get no improvement. There is also no regulation of the number of animals one may keep on private property. How about loving humans, your neighbors, and taking away cat excrement, cat hair, cat flies, and cat ruining your garden? |
