"The next time Hezbollah will have an up to date air defence system." I hope it`s not the same system the Syrians had when the IAF visited their nuclear installation. Civilians were bombed, but not targeted by the IAF. Did you notice any Hezballah targeting of Israeli civilians? (Is there is a psychiatric institution near you?)
