Just imagine what would happen if Jewish residents in Tel Aviv, or Beer Sheva, would riot and burn property to deter Druze or Arabs from buying houses and living there. The crying about racism will go up to the sky. But when Druze/Arabs use violence its regarded as their right. Recall the case of the Kaadan Arab family that won a court case allowing it to live in the Jewish town of I`ron. If they can live there, then Jews can live in Druze and Arab villages as well. If a Druze/Arab Israeli citizen can buy a house and live in it where ever he wants, then so can a Jewish citizen.
