If people who move in behave well and are good neighbours, does it matter about the underlying motives?

There was the case of Rakefet last week, a small closely knit religious Jewish community in which an Arab family bought property. This was disputed because of the village`s charter but the purchase was upheld by the courts.

It looks like integration is forcing itself to happen all across Israel. Is this necessarily a bad thing?
