Yet another statement from Lieberman designed to keep him "kosher` in the eyes of his party faithful without actually having the slightest chance of being put into operation. As usual, the Arab parties play into his hand by giving him extra publicity which reinforces his "value" to his constituents. Same old game, same players, same result- a miniscule storm in a teacup.
