Not all arabs are muslims. Arab Christians 1.7%, other Christian 0.4%, Druze 1.6%, undefined 3.9% (cia factbook). And you forgot about jewish immigration which is still strong making up for most of the difference in birth rates. The rates are converging fast. 20 years ago evryone said that by 2020 we would have Arab majority - noone sayd that today.
