| It was Golda Meir as foreign minister that developed relations with many black African countries through assistance in developing agriculture and infastructure only to have oil rich Arab countries blackmail those countries into cutting relations with Israel. Many have reestablished relations with Israel after realising they are better off with relations with Israel. |
