| Maybe she does want money. But the favorable diplomatic precendent of an African head of sate visiting Israel outweighs the inconvenience of hosting a possible (but unlikely) schnorrer. By the way, it might be argued that Belgium is responsible in large part for the sorry state of African government and economics. The Belgians did behave rather abysmally in Congo. Yes? |
