Are you comparing gays to an ethnic or religious group? The idiocy of this statement should be apparent to everyone. Ethnicity is an infinitely more complex phenomenon than homosexuality. For Jews it`s doubly complex. And as far as gays - preference for a butt plug does not amount to "peoplehood". In fact, humans are all basically bisexual so being gay or straight are behavioral CHOICES. With the Left disillusioned about its prospect for a worldwide proletarian revolution, gays and their rights have become Left`s new obsession. Not the lack of health insurance for kids and total corporate takeover of society in America, mind you, but the rights of a barely 8-10% minority with unusual sexual predilections. Neither clothes, nor sexual preference make the man. History, place, education, conditioning, culture do. |
