| All that needs to be done is stop the Russians from using an old Cuban trick. In 1979 after U.S. calls for release of Cubans to the U.S. and Cuba replied by smartly emptying all the jails, mental wards and undesirables and sent the to the U.S, saying it was an humanitarian reason. What happened is a Cuban crime wave took over southern Florida that till this day is recovering from. Please Russia keep your garbge do not send it to Isael.
