| Germany has in its archives a ticking time bomb. Archives are generally closed for the public for many decades to allow former Nazis to have a good life in Germany without being detected. If the archives would have been opened much earlier, the shameful extent of former Nazis playing a substantial role in post-war Germany would have been revealed. This had to be hidden for obvious reasons. |
