| The Jewish Israeli public is not so keen on land for peace anymore. We left Lebanon and we got war, and we left Gaza and we got war. We get rockets launched at us daily from Gaza. Most Jews even many left-wingers, who live in Tel Aviv, are not looking to make the Westbank into a launching pad for rockets to hit them on their heads. Since Oslo, the Palestinian Authority has yet to change their textbooks; this is something relatively easy to do. Most Jews are not thinking the PA will ever stop terror and more Jews are thinking the PA is nothing but a terror organization. This is the reason why Olmert is scared to go ahead with the so-called Peace process. The Arabs cried wolf too many times, and the Jews do not want to give up land not only not to get peace, but to get bombed. |
