| Settlements may be a problem..huge! Even Bad.. They are not the cause of Occupation but may be an Obstacle in getting over it. There are settlers who deserve to be locked up..and there are many who are normal people, like their Palestinian neighbors..both lock together in a sad and bad struggle. Palestinians and Settler have helped each other on daily basis..even thought there are trouble makers as well. Arab terror does not excuse the few instances of Jewish revenge (Not thousands of mosques..but, yes, a few if i am not mistaken..and NOT by settlers, but by other Israelis..who also deserved to be locked up.) So too, the existence of settlements amongst Palestinian villages, does not excuse any violence or arson. So, be Anti Settlement..even fervently..but keep your priorities straight. Shalom/Salaam amonst peoples if not amongst Nations. meir |
