`For centuries on end Jews found refuge from Christian (?) persecution in Islamic countries and were free (?) to worship their religion`, you write. First: Jews suffered from CATHOLIC persecution. Many Protestant countries, like England or the Netherlands, welcomed Jewish refugees. Second: Jews and Christians in the Muslim world were never equal to their Muslim fellow-countrymen. They were `DHIMMIS` and had to pay protection money. At the end of all this `Islamic liberalism` came the genocide on Armenian and Syriac Christians. Third: Islamistic fanatism has EVERYTHING to do with the core religion of Islam. Unlike Yeshua (Jesus), Muhammed was a violent person, even himself involved in killings. Hadith says that anyone leaving Islam should be killed. As a German, you must know the `Zentralrat der Ex-Muslime`. Violence is against the teachings of Yeshua, not against Muhammed`s teachings.
