The pals could have spent the money on infrastructure, schools, hospitals. Instead the funding the pals receive go straight into the purchase of bombs and arms in the so-called "resistance" The only thing being resisted is the creation of their own state, because the pals are so consumed with hatred for the Jews and with such a narrow approach, which says "Violence, Violence, and more Violence" is the best way to end the so-called "occupation.
Of course israel has made some mistakes. It has also had many successes. But, at least i can say that. Never once heard a palestinian take any responsibility for their own actions and not blame all their problems on someone else, ie the Jews. Until they do, nothing will change.
If Israel wanted to commit a genocide, it could have done so decades ago, and has not ,and never will.
