Quoting Yedidya Stern, Ha`aretz 23/10/07: "Many members of the religious and ultra-Orthodox public do not connect to the Rabin Memorial Day because they feel that it has been exploited to promote a political viewpoint that they passionately reject".
Since inherent in this "passionate rejection" is the annulment of democracy, what concept of "democracy" can be shared with this public? Who will educate whom? |
