| By stating that some Arabs lack full democratic rights and thereby implying that Israels democracy is a rickety chair is narrow minded nonsense.Of course Israels democracy has flaws but amazingly this diverse country has a democracy whilst surrounded by some of the most despotic regimes in the world.Some Arab lawmakers have been abusing the Israeli democracy which elected them, clearly signalling that sometimes democracy must exclude powers and forces intent on destroying the very freedoms which have allowed them a pulpit.No,Israeli democracy is an amazing animal worthy of protection. |
