There is real discussion in israel as to whether setting up state of israel was a good strategy, there is no real discussion in Middle East as to whether israel should exist, among a majority muslims its an emphatic no. As for segregation of faiths as a backdrop to keep jews from gentiles, there are definitely israelis marrying gentiles and living in israel. There are also gentiles that I have met that prefer not to get involved with jews romantically b/c their bible says, do not be unfairly yoked in marriage. (its about compatibility not racism) |
