| Australia is very good at this sort of barbarism too, we have this lovely law that says we can keep completely innocent people in detention for the term of their natural lives because they are "not refugees" and cannot be deported. But we also have no hearings at all and no extension of time, it just happens. The responders never fail to make me ill to my stomach when Gideon files one of these reports as their justifications for this brutality sound just like Hitlers. Weird isn`t it? |
