Israel has been on the receiving end of over 2,000 rockets since she disengaged from Gaza 2 years ago. In its charter, Hamas, the ruling government authority in Gaza, has declared that israel is to be destroyed, by war if necessary. Third, Israel has declared that Gaza is "hostile territoriy." 4th, Egypt was responsible for Gaza before 1967.
Since Israel is technically at war with Gaza, it has ABSOLUTELY ZERO responsibility for the well-being of the people of Gaza, and the earlier posters are correct. |
