My gut feeling is very uneasy on this issue.
I feel sure the whole organisational framework that gave many people employment and a high standard of living will collapse if there are no more centers of russian jews to persuade to return or come on aliyah.
Nativ and the jewish agency have out lived their purpose and continue to thrive on poor peoples money given in good faith to " help" Israel.
ANY Jews wishing to live in Germany should learn their heritage first.How jewish are they-same goes for Canada.
