Neither Syria nor North Korea has the capability of designing and building a nuclear reactor. Had North Korea the capability they would not have had to request that the US/South Korea provide a light-water power reactor to replace the small Russian designed unit which they have been operating. This `report` is just more lies and disinformation issuing from the sewer of the Bush white house.
