So this is "part of an Israeli initiative to treat children from around the world who would otherwise not have access to such operations." This is for Israel`s PR image who cares nothing for children. All we have to do is look at how many Palestinian children have been killed, and how many have been denied medical help under the foot of their oppressors which is just around the corner and not around the world.
