So, Anti-Semitism is "mankind`s most ancient hatred"?
A Jewish supremacist with a persecution complex might make such a ridiculous assertion.
Apparently, before Homo sapiens developed any hatred for man-eating predators, hunger, disease, the elements and all manner of human pain and suffering, a built-in hatred for Jews pre-existed. Who knew?
Scientists tell us that human beings existed on this planet for hundreds of thousands of years before the Jewish patriarch, Abraham, was born. Was there no human hatred in those pre-Jewish days?
Using hyperbole when discussing the history and nature of anti-Semitism, is both unnecessary and counter-productive. Sadly, the facts are damning enough; there is no need to invent or exaggerate them. |
