Second, a framework of a Palestinian government REAL ministries, needs to be creared. Third the Aran states MUST be AT the conference yto agree they are on board with the agreement, and will then take steps towards normal relations with Israel. IF all these things happen, the rest then will come easilt. But SECURITY concern MUST be adressed first. In that regard, I believe Abbas is trying-but has to deliver. Trying?not good enough. Effctive force MUST be operational. Gaza I believe , has to be treated as a seperate issue-at least for now. |
