| If you put the Western Wall in NY, NY and the Alqsa Mosque in Mecca, what are you goind to do with the Dome of the Rock? If you keep it, then everyone will try to pray there, and you`ll still have the dispute. Perhaps it could be carefully dismantled and rebuilt over a mountain peak in the Himalayas. Then almost no one could reach it, and both Jews and Muslims in Palestine would be back to praying at a bare mountain (hidden cave and all). AH, but then everyone would swamp the mountain. Perhaps earth movers could take away the LORD`s Mountain and put it somewhere else...Maybe fill, for the new industrial zones. Of course, that would leave a gaping hole in the middle of Jerusalem, Israel and Palestine. Why not simply strive to provide Justice for all those who have suffered injustice because of the "situation" regardless of their religion or nationality? In time then both can pray on the Mountain at the same time and without strife. Until Justice is blind, their fate remains grim. |
