| For the majority of women marriage is an economic safe harbor no longer avaialable to most of them. I`m amazed by the number of men I meet in their 30s, 40, and 50s who`ve never married. Most say marriage is too unstable, the economic and emotional risks associated with divorce too onerous, and women want them to be household drudges nannies with plenty of responsibilities but no authority. |
