| I was in Jerusalem last year when Sukkot and Ramadan co-incided. It was ver difficult to get to he Western Wall topray on Friday night, with buses of Arabs piling out and crowding the plaza on their way to the mosques. Their attitudes were threatening and one pushed me to the ground, (I am not young and rather frail) delaying my arrival at the wall, and since the group I was with were far ahead of me, they could not help. Quite frankly, I was terrified. |
