| What else can I say. You have the laws, but they are not effectively enforced. You have religion that is not effectively practiced. You have the tools to remove most of the ills of your society, but you are too afraid to use them thinking that someone will cry out, "ouch". This (and all your problems) are in your hands. You need to straighten up and fly right. |
