| The first thing they need to do is enforce the laws they currently have. I`ve lived in Tel Aviv for a month and I already know that every night near the beach in Ramat Aviv there are dozens of prostitutes soliciting themselves shamelessly. If I know this, I could only assume the police do too. Why don`t they at least make it a little more difficult and subtle to solicit? |
