| "They found in NZ that kids almost never do"Don. The common reason why, they are not exactly a fashion statement,they`re ugly and makes you look uncool. All said,its the Taxpayer who foots the bill when people are smashed up in car accidents for not wearing a seatbelt or a kid who has serious head injurys from a bike mishap due to no head protection. |
