| Even wearing helmets can be fatal, there were a few cases in Holland where the person fell and then the helmet actually broke the neck as the cord around the chin broke. So here, in Holland we have millions of cyclists going to school, work, every day. No one wears a helmet, `cause it is mostly safer not to. Of course we do have a beautiful cycle path system in Holland. |
